Ashley began her career in fitness years before as a dancer. Dancing for 2 teams in high school, she graduated from The Ohio State University with a Minor in Dance and cheered for The Columbus Crew. She auditioned and attended The Radio City Rockette Intensive Workshop in 2010. Afterwards, she became a choreographer for a Semi-Professional dance team in Cleveland before being a member of The Lake Erie Monster Dance Team cheering for the AHL Lake Erie Monsters (now Cleveland Monsters). In 2013, she transitioned from dancing to fitness. In the last 10 years, she has taught at various studios in the Cleveland, OH area before moving to Bowling Green and expanding her fitness career by creating an online home program. She enjoys teaching people of all ages and fitness levels by first teaching proper body posture, alignment, and breathing techniques pulled from her years in dance. She is also certified to teach Balletone, Tabata Bootcamp and a trainer in Barre Intensity. She currently lives on her husband's family farm with their 3 year old son and lots of animals.
