Tina England began her journey as a fitness instructor in the early ’90s teaching aquatic exercise and over the last 30+ years, she's branched out to leading a variety of fitness formats including aerobics, strength, yoga, Pilates, aerial, and barre classes. She currently teaches aerial sling, aquatic fitness, barre fitness, and SUP yoga classes. She loves the opportunity to bring her enthusiasm and expertise to her classes to help motivate clients working toward their goals while having fun. Seeing participants’ smiles, hearing their success stories, and watching clients become the best version of themselves is incredibly rewarding.
She holds certifications through AEA, AFAA, ISCA Pilates, Moms in Motion, YogaFit YogaBarre, YogaFit Stand Up Paddleboard and Barre Intensity.
Outside of the gym, Tina is the membership manager for the Association of Health Care Journalists and has enjoyed sharing her fitness background with members by leading barre fitness classes at AHCJ's annual conference. In her spare time, she and her husband, Mike, enjoy glamping in their RV with pets Ozzy (cavapoo) and Marley (kitty) and working in the world of professional boxing and MMA where Tina is a timekeeper and Mike is a referee.
