Clay’s love for fitness began at a very young age. She entered into gymnastics at the age of 5 and continued as a competitive gymnast through high school. In college, she enjoyed running, swimming, and tennis. In her 30’s, she tried out Crossfit and decided group fitness was awesome! She was an avid crossfitter for the next 10 years until a friend encouraged her to try out a barre class. She fell in love!! After taking barre classes for a year, she decided to go for it and become a barre instructor. She loves the Barre Intensity method with its focus on cardio and strength. She is excited to continue her education in barre, Pilates, and group fitness.
Clay is also a R.N. in Redlands, CA where she is happily married with four sweet boys. She is blessed to be part of Redlands Barre.... an amazing Barre Community!
