Pamela Crandall

Pam began taking barre classes hoping that it would be a form of exercise that she would enjoy and would stick with doing consistently in order to get in better shape after finishing graduate school in San Diego. She immediately fell in love with barre and loves how it is a fun, yet challenging workout that delivers some serious results. Fast forward to a few years later when the owner of the studio she was taking classes at regularly asked if she had ever considered becoming an instructor. Pam had no prior group fitness teaching experience and had not consistently stuck to one form of exercise since she was a child taking gymnastics classes, but she did LOVE barre and what it had done for her. It took a couple months of thoughtful consideration, but Pam finally decided that she would take a leap of faith and do the Barre Intensity training to become an instructor. She is so happy that she decided to step outside of her comfort zone and try something new by becoming an instructor and sharing her love of barre with others. In Pam’s time outside of the barre studio, she is a full-time school counselor, which is a career she is passionate about, but is definitely challenging, so barre is the perfect complement to make sure she is maintaining her self-care. Additionally, Pam is a dog mom who loves taking her dog on adventures whether it be hiking in the mountains or to the local beaches
