ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
Time to burn it up and bounce it out. Incorporating a mini trampoline to barre workouts adds big cardio focus with minimal impact. The unstable surface of the trampoline creates a challenge that cannot be felt on solid ground. A mini trampoline with an attached barre is recommended but not required. All trampoline barre exercises will have options to be done on the floor with a standard barre.
Workshop handout, agenda and dial in information will be emailed two-three days prior to the workshop. Handout will include a full class design with options on how you can teach the class to make it your own.
This workshop will be recorded and distributed for on demand viewing. If you are not able to attend live, please register and we will set you up with the Zoom recording after the event.

This workshop costs $25, but bundle it together with our past workshops for a total of $60 ($15 per workshop). Bundle includes:

Ladder Barre: Saturday, March 12th, from 10am - 12pm ET
AMRAP/EMOM/Tabata Barre: Thursday, April 7th, from 5pm - 7pm ET
Barre Bounce: Friday, May 13th, from 12pm - 2pm ET

Mica started her career in the fitness industry at the age of 16. She was an athlete growing up and group fitness was just another way to keep her moving. She fell in love with group fitness as a participant and then received her first certification so she could be an intern instructor. She quickly learned the amount of outside work and practice that went in to teaching classes but also learned that the reward was worth it. Making a positive impact on the lives of participants filled her heart with joy.
