Jessica Rodgers
Jessica's fitness journey began over ten years ago when she decided to join some friends for her first group fitness class. She immediately fell in love with the community and the positive energy that is in a group setting creates and knew that she wanted to be a part of that. After several months of taking classes, Jessica was encouraged to try teaching and soon after received my ACE Group Fitness Instructor certification.

Growing up a dancer, Colleen has always had a love for beat- driven movement. She became certified to teach dance, then decided to expand those skills to fitness. Colleen started teaching with dance fitness then quickly added barre to her repertoire. She fell in love with the challenging yet safe aspects of barre. In addition, She is ACE and AFAA group fitness certified, ACE certified personal trainer, and Stott Pilates certified. Colleen has a great interest in movement and mobility. She hopes with each class her students feel stronger, happier and overall inspired!
