Valentina graduated from Rutgers University in New Jersey, where she was an English major and a soccer player. She is currently a doctoral student at the University of Michigan, and hopes to continue on to an academic career. As a former collegiate varsity athlete, though, working out with other people has always been an important part of keeping her motivated and enthusiastic
about school and life.
