Jinger Di Vito has over 30 years of experience in the Heath and Fitness Industry. Her strong background in competitive dance and cheer combined with competitive sports like volleyball and cycling allow her to bring both grace and power to her workouts. Jinger has trained and coached both amateur and professional athletes from all walks of life. She believes there is an inner athlete in all of us, no matter what your sport, age or level of ability. Her focus is on flexibility and strength, which allows longevity in any type of exercise her clients are involved in. Injury prevention is at the forefront of every workout. Currently, Jinger resides in Scottsdale, AZ and teaches at the Gainey Village Health Club. She is also a Master Trainer for La Barre Studio in San Jose, California.
