Growing up as a competitive dancer, barre has been a part of my life since age 3! My whole life has always centered around dance - it was one of my degrees at the George Washington University in Washington D.C. Throughout college, I became acquainted with group fitness and fell in love with anything related to dance fitness. When barre started making its way into the fitness world, I knew I had to dive in. I trained in Barre Intensity in the fall of 2018 and have been teaching the method in Exton, PA ever since.
My goal is to make my class accessible and fun with a great playlist - so whether you've been in the studio once or 100 times, you learn something new and you feel challenged but also encouraged. I want to meet you where you are and help you feel confident in who you are at this moment.
My other fitness certifications include Zumba, Les Mills BodyPump, Spinning, Aerial Yoga, 305Fitness, Pound Fit and a Personal Training Certification from the American Council on Exercise. My next training endeavor will be with Peak Pilates beginning in September of 2025 for their Level 1 Comprehensive Classical Pilates certification!
When I'm not teaching group fitness, I love going out dancing, going to the beach, drinking iced coffee, reading, going to concerts, and traveling. I love spending time with my family and friends and exploring new places together.
