Megan started her fitness career in 2013 teaching dance fitness classes. In 2019 she expanded her education to include Pilates, hiit, and mobility work. After moving in 2022, Megan found a barre and Pilates studio where she started taking barre classes. She loved working out to the beat of music again all while still embracing the mind-body connection of muscle control and endurance. She loves watching her clients get stronger not only physically but mentally as they “embrace the shake!”
When not teaching fitness classes she can be found carpooling her two kids around town, leading Bible studies and mom groups, and enjoying weekend roadtrips with her husband and kids.
