If you have any information to share, I would love to know how I could be more involved with Barre Intensity. I follow the IG page and am going to subscribe to the yearly Barre Now platform (told myself once I passed I could!). I am trying to make a career transition from educator to fitness and it is more challenging than I thought. Perhaps it is just the time (Covid)? Any tips you can share would be great!
Attached is my picture and below is my bio. I appreciate your time and thank you again!
Meghan grew up dancing in Tustin, CA. She participated many ballet, jazz, and lyrical competitions. In college, Meghan took dance classes to continue her practice as she prepared to become a teacher. While trying to find the right workout that she enjoyed, Meghan discovered Barre classes. For several years, Meghan participated in Barre classes to strengthen, tone, and ultimately develop a love for the workout. She felt at home with the community atmosphere and the motivating and challenging instructors.
During the 2020 Pandemic, Meghan and her neighbors started a socially distant workout club. They met on the shared grass in front of their homes to take 3 classes a week from Meghan. Her neighbors praised her for the workouts, especially the Barre classes. After some thought and research, Meghan found Barre Intensity and was overjoyed at the prospect of this new adventure. She is excited to continue her Barre practice, share this intense workout with others, and to help them live a healthy and happy lifestyle.
