Beth is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Zumba certified instructor as well as creator of her own hip hop and pop dance fitness class. Beth was drawn to the Barre Intensity technique because of its base in Pilates and was pleasantly surprised at how much she loved teaching barre right from the start.
Not only is Beth receiving positive feedback from her regular Barre Intensity class attendees , but she’s noticing change in her own physique as well.
