Having been a sports enthusiast all her life, Seza dreamed of becoming a famous tennis player as a young girl. Even though she didn’t become a professional athlete, she turned her love of sports into her career. She spent most of her life in and out of gyms, trying as many fitness classes as possible. She discovered yoga in 2001 and has been practicing regularly ever since. After having studied fine arts for both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in the United States, she moved back to her homeland Istanbul and decided to pursue a career in the fitness world. She chose Pilates and Barre as her specialties, and has been a certified BASI Pilates® Instructor since 2013. She works with private clients and mixed groups. She loves the energy of a group class and regularly teaches group Mat Pilates and Barre classes where she loves to challenge her students to push themselves out of their comfort zone yet within a safe and encouraging class environment. She has trainings in Pre- and Post-Natal Pilates, Scoliosis Management, Shoulder & Knee Injuries, Anatomy. She’s also deeply interested in healthy eating and nutrition and has completed the certificate program on Nutrition for Optimal Health, Wellness and Sports through San Diego State University’s College of Extended Studies.
