Kelly's fitness journey began at an early age with dance classes. She is classically trained, having studied at Maryland Ballet Theatre and National Ballet Institute for the Arts. Her knowledge and appreciation for overall health has expanded over the years as she found her love for Pilates and Barre fitness.
Kelly is certified through INLINE's Barre Method, Barre Intensity, and received her Pilates Mat and Prop training through Balanced Body. She integrates sculpt fitness and pilates barre into her teaching repertoire to keep her students on their toes — and in their greatest muscle burn! Kelly prides herself on teaching fun and challenging classes for all levels to help her students see transformative results. Her dance background has led to an emphasis on alignment and form as keys to fitness success.
Kelly discovered Barre Intensity online and through her research became hooked on the details and clean technique included in the comprehensive program. Kelly focuses on mind and body health, while promoting overall happiness. She strives to nurture and motivate her students to achieve their goals, as our bodies are more capable then we could ever imagine. When she's not working, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, and dogs, Cookie and Moose!
