Barre Intensity® instructor training has been approved for 13 AFAA CEUs, 1.3 NASM CEUs, 1.4 ACE CEUs, and 14 ACSM CEUs.
In 2011, Natalie bought a Groupon for a local barre class on a whim. After one class, she was hooked. After taking classes consistently for a year, she was asked to get certified and jumped at the opportunity. As a former Kindergarten teacher, she had a passion for teaching. In 2012, she became a BarreAmped instructor and found her true fitness niche. After becoming certified, she taught studio classes for six years.
