This program is for all levels: currently certified instructors to those just starting their fitness teaching career. In this 10-hour online course we review 45 basic barre class exercises with variations, modifications and specific cueing. You’ll also be introduced to the Barre Intensity brand and other important elements of teaching such as alignment and musicality.

This program is designed for currently trained barre instructors who want to learn the ins and outs of the Barre Intensity technique without re-learning the basic barre exercises. In this 8.5 hour online course we review in depth the strategy behind teaching a high quality barre class. Although basic barre exercises will not be reviewed, they will be taught to reinforce the concepts discussed.

We created this 7.5 hour online course to educate fitness instructors on the need to know items when teaching group fitness, barre in particular, to pregnant and recently pregnant women. In this course you will learn: bodily changes during pregnancy, prenatal and postpartum exercise myths, pregnancy and postpartum areas of concern, the deep core and how to connect to it, trimester fitness guidelines, specific exercise modifications.

Approved for 1 ACE CEC, 10 AFAA CEUs and 10 ACSM CECs.
